Customer Service Representative

Sunrise Medical Laboratories, a fast-growing Long Island company for over 35 years, has an opening in the Customer Service department.

Hours: Full Time – Tuesday – Saturday 8am-4:30pm

Qualifications: Dependable team player needed to handle a large volume of calls. Exceptional customer service skills and familiarity with lab/med terminology are necessary.  One year customer service experience in lab/medical setting preferred.  High school diploma or equivalent; must also be detailed oriented and flexible with schedule.

Responsibilities: Answering a high volume of incoming client calls and acts as main switchboard; assist clients by providing them with accurate information and results.
